Elsmore Constructions has been involved in great projects since it’s inception in 1984.

The focus of our Company has primarily been the Health and Aged Care sector

    A Brief History      
   

Our company has specialised since the 1960s in construction of residential, small commercial and aged care projects.

Elsmore Constructions Pty Ltd was incorporated in 1984, successfully establishing itself as a competitive, medium-sized construction company.

In June 2004 Glen McMurray became the sole director and owner of Elsmore Constructions (NSW) Pty Ltd.

Elsmore Constructions (NSW) Pty Ltd has broadened its client base, strengthened its management resources, and has proven itself very capable to handle multiple projects, ranging to approximately $20 million. Our focus is on, but not limited to, the health and aged care sector of the construction industry, including retirement villages, nursing homes and hostels.

Our company also recognises that the health and safety of people takes priority at all times.

All accidents must be considered as preventable and the responsibility for observing safe working practices lies with everyone.

Our Occupational Health and Safety Plans are designed to make our workplaces as safe and hazard free as possible.

Project and Site managers will provide leadership and support for their staff, be accountable for performance and implementation of safety practices, monitor regulated accreditation and recognise good safety practices.
